The 2023 Memorial Service Form is now available.

The Newfoundland and Labrador Association of Fire Services has the opportunity to honour our fallen members during a Memorial Service being held on Sunday, September 10, 2023, at the Arts & Culture Centre.  The fallen firefighter’s name will also be included in the Memorial booklet that will be handed out during the service.  A helmet and helmet front will be provided for you or, if you would like, you can also bring your own helmet to lay.  Family, friends or members of their Fire Department are welcome to present the helmets and join our service. 

Please complete the form below and submit it with your registration application, or by email to student@nlfireservices.com, no later than August 4, 2023.  Due to printing timelines, we are unable to include any names in the booklet after the August 4th deadline. Memorial Service forms can also be found online at nlfireservices.com.
