Hi Team, the Recruitment and Retention (R&R) Committee needs your help filling out the second survey. They have been working diligently to provide a pair of surveys for the NLAFS membership. We recognize that first responder recruitment and retention is on the minds of most Fire Department, therefore we’re asking in this second version that we designed that it be completion by individual Firefighters (Part 2).

By participating, you will contribute to building the knowledge your Association needs to identify current Firefighting challenges and opportunities in our province. This will aid the NLAFS in strengthening our three pillars: advocacy, education and member services. NLAFS is pleased to have representatives of Municipalities NL and Professional Municipal Administrators working with us on this important topic.
